We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in reasonable packaging.

Different types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us using this form for the return address before returning the items. Please note that we ship products from all over the world and therefore the return address may not be your country’s address.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be issued (if applicable)
Book with clear signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable, sale items are unfortunately non-refundable.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must provide us with a photo of the shipping label as proof of purchase. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@trendyfeast.com. Send us an email to confirm the return address.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If you would like to return your product, please email us to confirm the return address.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your traded-in product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $30, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Item(s) returned to sender
If the item(s) are returned to the sender for the following reasons or other reasons that were at the fault of the recipient, we will refund customers only the cost of the item(s) (total price minus shipping).
